Her personal journey adds depth to her work—navigating breast implant illness, moving countries, and rebuilding life and health from the ground up have given her a unique perspective on resilience and reinvention. Nichola brings this lived experience to her teaching, blending clinical Pilates expertise with a grounded, relatable voice that resonates deeply with women navigating change.
Through her businesses—including Club Pilates Sippy Downs, Gymtechs, and her emerging wellness brand ELEVITA—Nichola continues to champion movement as medicine, community as connection, and ageing as an opportunity for empowerment.
